  • Scrum Master

    Overseeing the software team’s sprints, facilitating communication, promoting problem solving and ensuring maximum value is delivered to the product owner. Responsibilities of scrum master therefore include making sure that the software team is provided with an optimal work environment and all necessary resources, so that they can communicate and create, without being plagued by unnecessary distractions or deterrents. Namely, agile scrum masters need to take charge and own their projects, on a higher level.

    Key experience: Strong experience as SCRUM master or equivalent experience as team lead in the aerospace industry. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

  • Simulation Software Developer

    The software developer (simulation) ensures the development and the integration of representative simulations and various tools use to train pilot. He also participates in multidisciplinary work meetings related to problems encountered during the project to develop solutions with the team.

    Key experience: Avionics simulations, Embedded systems, Linux and Windows development, embedded systems, RTOS, C/C++, C#, Java, Python, Web, OpenGL.

  • Software Test Lead

    The software test lead coordinates the daily tasks of the System and Software test developers and acts as a technical expert for them. He ensures the design and development of system tests, high level (HLR) and low level (LLR) software as well as the necessary analyzes (Code Coverage) as part of a D0-178C development by following the established requirements at the start of the project. He develops tools for internal use or the analysis of external tools that may be suitable for the various projects of the company.

    Key experience: Strong experience testing avionics systems. Embedded Systems, Linux and Windows development, Embedded systems, RTOS, C/C++, C#, Java, Python, Web, OpenGL, DO (178C, 278, 330, 331, 332, 333, 200B), ARINC (653, 429, 825)

  • Embedded Software Developer

    Design, develop, integrate, test and certify software solutions for avionics (Display, Navigation, Surveillance, Communication, Maintenance and Mission), simulations and tools that integrate advanced technologies such as touch screens, processing units with ARINC 653 Real Time Operating Systems (RTOS), artificial intelligence and voice recognition. Verification and validation in accordance with DO-178C.

  • Avionics System Engineer

    Design, integrate and certify avionics suites. Collaborate with software teams. Liaise with customers, capture requirements, system architecture design, system validation, certification support TSO approval and for TC in accordance with FAR Part 25 / EASA CS-25 or other applicable airworthiness regulations.

    Key experience: Embedded system, RTOS, ARP4754, ARP4761, DO-178C, ARINC (653, 429, 825, 661), AS-8034C, AS-6296, TSO (C113, C209, C115, C145, C165), FAR/CS Part 23/25

  • Human Factor Specialist

    The human factor specialist works on the performance of the systems to be developed with regard to the tasks to be carried out by the users. He designs the user interface taking into account human factors and the aerospace standards, while analyzing the tasks and workload of a user. He writes, analyzes, and manages human factors requirements and demonstrate compliance to customer requirements and applicable industry regulations. He performs tests, analysis and writes documents to demonstrate compliance to human factors requirements in support of certification of the integrated avionics and cockpit solutions.

    He leads or participates in various R&D projects with external entities such as universities, research centers and technology partners from the private sector. He Supervises the software team that will implement HFE requirements as well as interns and graduate students working with C3RiOS.

    Key experience: Experience with avionics systems, experience with HMI design tools (Figma, Axure, GL Studio, etc), knowledge of civil and/or military specification standards and practices (AS-1302, MIL STD 1472, SAE AS-8034B, SAE AS-6296, TSO C113a and TSO-C209) and experience of Civil Aircraft Type Certification and Supplemental Type Certificate process for FAR PART 23/25, CS-25/23.
